Recently, the company invited Professor He Fakun from the Nanshan College to conduct a special training on "Sales Skills and Sales Model" for sales staff in the training room on the 5th floor of the office building in Nanshan Complex of the Division. More than 40 sales staff participated in the training.

One is professional services, how to connect products with customer populations; the other is grid theory of promoting using scientific methods to talk about the relationship of sales results with customers; the third is to realize how to discover the relationship between purchase results and sales staff by teaching the customer grid theory; the fourth is to realize the core of sales, to learn to speak, be good at listening, and find resonance. This is especially important for sales staff to open up markets and maintain customer relationships. The second is the management of customer relationships. It is necessary to maintain smooth communication with customers, mainly to provide high-quality services and establish strong relationships with customers. Finally he explained the sales models, such as Aida model, DIPADA model and IDEPA model. Through the comparison of various sales models, sales staff can understand products, understand customers, and do sales service work better.
