Lean Six Sigma Management Project Launch Conference

 (Correspondent Luan Ning) Recently, the Launch Conference of Lean Six Sigma Management Project was held in Light Alloy Company. The launch of Lean Six Sigma Management Project will play an active role in promoting the production management of Light Alloy Company.

    It is reported that Lean Six Sigma is a combination of lean production and Six Sigma management, the essence of which is to eliminate waste. The goal of Lean Six Sigma Management is to achieve better management results by combining Lean Production with Six Sigma quality management tools. Lean Six Sigma is not a simple addition of Lean Production and Six Sigma, but a complement and organic combination of the two.

    At the Launch Conference, the general manager from Shenzhen Zhongpu Consulting Co., Ltd. gave a brief overview of the advantages of lean production management and the impact on the Company. Nanshan Light Alloy General Manager Sui Xindong and Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. General Manager Song Changming respectively presented flags and awarded badges to the first batch of TPM team members, and delivered important speeches respectively. Mr. Tang from Shenzhen Zhongpu Lean Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. started with “Why we need Lean Six Sigma” to elaborate on the six ubiquitous prominent problems: Low Human-Machine Efficiency, Much Non-Value-Added Time, Single Employee Skill and Too Detailed Division Of Labor, Standardization (Process Standard / Process Standard / Time Standard), Planned Material Control, Quality Assurance and Process Management. At the same time, he highlighted the four key elements of the project’s success: the consultant’s service experience and commitment, the correct behavior of the managements, the correct behavior of the participating teams, and the system implementation. At the end of conference, Lean Office Director Zhang Riqiang made important explanations respectively about Lean Six Sigma project organization structure, responsibilities and management & assessment methods.
