On July 7, 2021 China International Aluminum Industry Exhibition opened at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Nanshan Aluminum participated in the exhibition and held a high-end product launch event with the theme of “Building a dream with originality, and leading the future in virtue of innovation”, showing the industry the latest achievements of the company in the sector of high-end aluminum processing.
Li Wanping, Deputy Secretary of Longkou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Longkou Municipal People’s Government; Rong Zhiqin, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology; Fan Shunke, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association; Chairman Song Jianbo, Vice Chairman Song Yinghao, Executive Director Song Changming of Nanshan Group; Director, General Manager Lv Zhengfeng and Supervisory Board Chairman Liu Qiang of Nanshan Aluminum; and other major leaders, as well as experts and scholars in the industry, and customer representatives of cooperative enterprises attended the launch event. Liu Chunlei, director and executive deputy general manager of Nanshan Aluminum, presided over the launch event.
Song Changming, executive director of Nanshan Group, delivered a welcome speech at the launch event, expressed his gratitude to the leaders and guests who participated in the launch event, introduced the development history of Nanshan Aluminum, and the company’s achievements in technological R&D innovation, green environmental protection development, and management system reform, etc., and stated that, in the future, the company would give back to customers with better products and services, realize mutual benefit and win-win, and develop together.
In the speech of Rong Zhiqin, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, he introduced Shanghai’s advantages in global resource allocation, technological innovation sources, and high-end industry leadership, as well as the origins of cooperation between Nanshan and Shanghai. Since Nanshan Finance, Capital and other units set up branches and offices in Shanghai, it is hoped that both parties will further deepen their cooperation in the future.

He introduced the development achievements of Longkou as a “Famous city of transportation aluminum profiles in China” and Nanshan Aluminum’s strong capability in R&D and production of high-end products such as aviation plate and automobile lightweight sheet.
Sui Xindong, director, deputy general manager of Nanshan Aluminum, and general manager of the Flat-Rolled Product Division of Nanshan Aluminum; Sui Laizhi, deputy general manager of Nanshan Aluminum, general manager of Aluminum Profile Company; and Ma Hongya, general manager of Forging Company gave keynote speeches respectively to show the guests Nanshan Aluminum’s latest product achievements in the fields of flat-rolled products, extrusions and forgings.
Fan Shunke, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and Xiong Hui, deputy chief engineer of Beijing Antaike, delivered keynote speeches respectively, sharing the contents such as future development trend of the domestic aluminum processing industry, as well as the development prospects of aviation material R&D and application, lightweight aluminum and other fields, and providing suggestions on how to achieve green development for domestic aluminum processing enterprises.
Customer representatives of cooperative enterprises such as FAW Fusheng Company, Baosteel Packaging, CIMC Tongchuang Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and O.R.G. also delivered speeches respectively, introducing their cooperation with Nanshan Aluminum, and hoped that the mutual cooperation would further deepen in the future to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
At the end of the launch event, Song Jianbo, Chairman of Nanshan Group, made a concluding speech and introduced the development of Nanshan’s leading industries to the guests. It is understood that this time the China International Aluminum Industry Exhibition lasted for three days, and a total of more than 500 excellent domestic and foreign aluminum products, equipment and auxiliary materials suppliers participated in the exhibition, with an exhibition area of 45,000 square meters.
