Foil rolling plant of Nanshan Light Alloy Co., Ltd. has production capacity 40,000 t/a.
Nanshan foil rolling plant was put into production in September, 2005, with 2000 mm aluminium foil rolling mills imported from ACHENBACH in Germany, and the auxiliary equipment of the first-class level in the world, such as separators, doubler, heavy-gauge slitters and special roll grinders are also arranged. Main products of foil rolling plant include high-precision micron foil and high-level package foil: foil for Tetra Pak, golden card foil, high-class cigarette foil, and heavy gauge foil such as electric capacitor foil, cable foil, fin foil, soft package foil, steam cooking pouch foil, household foil and lid foil etc. The maximum width of aluminium foil finished product can reach 1830 mm; the thinnest product is 0.0055 mm thick. According to the requirement of customers, both foil with single bright surface and double bright surfaces with various sizes can be produced. Within short time, this foil plant has become one main supplier of foil products at home and abroad. |
