In hot rolling plant, one set of internationally advanced 2350 mm “1+4” hot rolling tandem mill line was imported from IHI in Japan, together with Austria Ebner pusher-type slab heating furnaces, this production line has the largest production scale and the highest technical installation level in current aluminium processing industry in China. The hot rolled coils and plates product with crown controlled within 0%-1.5%, thickness accuracy reaches ±2%, the max. diameter of finished coil product is 2800 mm, max. width is 2100mm, max. coil weight is 30 tons.
